Customers vote MLP as the best wealth manager in Germany

Wiesloch, July 1, 2010 – The independent financial services and wealth management consulting company MLP has the most satisfied wealthy private customers in Germany. This was reported by the investors‘ magazine Börse Online in today’s issue referring to a survey conducted at the private university WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. The results are based on a total of 271 questionnaires completed by customers in the private banking segment.

In the overall evaluation of 61 suppliers MLP is ranked in first place above the private banks Merck Finck (3.96) and Berenberg Bank (3.61) with 4.05 from 5.00 possible points. MLP has also been awarded top marks in all individual categories – the company is ranked first in the categories “Price-Performance-Ratio” and “Product Offerings” and second in the categories “Consultants”, “Relationship between Supplier and Customer” as well as “Investment Performance”.

“MLP has established itself in the asset management segment. This award underlines the high quality of both our consultation services as well as our concepts,” comments Manfred Bauer, Member of the Executive Board at MLP AG responsible for Product Procurement and Management. “We have worked hard in recent years to strengthen our asset management sector and - together with our subsidiary Feri Finance - now cover the entire spectrum – from attractive savings plan products to highly individual solutions high for net worth individuals.”

In January and May 2010 MLP was awarded the best grades by the online portal “WhoFinance.de” following extensive customer evaluations. In May 2009 MLP was also ranked first among 35 companies with the highest number of overall points in a pension provisions test by the magazine “Wirtschaftswoche“ and the management consultant “S.W.I Finance“.
