MLP subsidiary TPC becomes Germany member in International Benefits Network

  • Further step towards specific strengthening of the occupational pensions business area
  • Network cooperates on provision solutions for internationally operating companies
Wiesloch, 15th February 2013 – The MLP subsidiary TPC (The Pension Consultancy GmbH) has become a member for Germany in the International Benefits Network (IBN). In this network, independent advisors from 70 countries around the world work closely together in order to be able to offer internationally-operating companies cross-border solutions for occupational pensions.

The cooperation has two dimensions: If MLP wins an internationally-operating company based in Germany as a new client, then that client’s subsidiaries and employees abroad can receive advisory services from a network partner. In return, MLP provides services to subsidiaries and employees of companies in Germany whose headquarters are located in another country.

“In the past eight years MLP has consistently expanded its occupational pensions business,” comments Divisional Head Dr. Ralf Raube. “The membership shows the high level of acceptance that we now command as a leading consulting provider and intermediary. This represents the next step towards further strengthening of the occupational pensions business at MLP.”

“In TPC we are pleased to have found a member that covers the entire spectrum in occupational pensions and whose independent consulting approach fits exceptionally well with our own philosophy,” explains Sally Hart, Executive Director at IBN. “Furthermore, the MLP Group boasts a nationwide network of more than 1,200 licensed consultants specifically for occupational pensions, enabling us to reliably provide advisory services throughout Germany.”
